    此和紙專門博物館從JR土讚線「伊野站」步行10分鐘可達。以振興傳統工藝品「土佐和紙」為目的，於1985年開館。常設展展示和紙的歷史、文化、原料及用具等，並設有手工抄紙的現場表演和體驗區等。亦隨時舉辦企劃展、特別展。體驗區收費400日圓，可選擇2張色紙或8張明信片。所需時間約60分鐘。10人以上需預約。

    It was an interesting tour, learning about Japanese paper but I had no interest prior to the tour. Watching the demonstration was the best part.

高知縣是四國地方最大縣，四國最美好的沙灘一部分就在這裡，這些沙灘臨向太平洋，並窄縮到四萬十川這條往縣內綿延196公里、穿過蓊鬱山林並帶來無數河畔活動的大河。無論您是不是參拜者，高知的16座佛寺構成的四國遍路都十分值得一遊，竹林寺的五重塔更是錯過可惜。
