东京交通会馆是一座位于有乐町站前的综合商业设施，馆内有展示厅、画廊、办公设施、会议室、餐饮店、购物商场和诊所等。在购物楼层内，各种类型的店铺林立，除时装、杂货店外，还有宝冢剧场旗下的店铺和当地直销店等。15层的旋转观景餐厅等各色餐饮店汇集一堂。每到周末和节假日，1层的柱廊内还会举行热闹的农产品集市。
