  综合考虑：位置非常适合一切（距新宿火车站5分钟车程）--小卧室很不错，WiFi运作正常，淋浴间条件很差，走廊里的洗脸盆很舒适，但噪音很大因为它们的位置（靠近卧室），业主非常友好。他讲的英语很基础，但没关系。...
