Name : NAVITIME eSIM
- Type : MVNO service
- Service : The plan you have purchased from our lineup, ranging from 3 to 31 days.
- Expiration date : 3 to 31 days from the day depending on the plan purchased, starting on the day on which the first communication using this service is made
through a telecommunication line in Japan.
*If the customer does not start using the service by the scheduled start date of the service set by the customer at the time of application for the service, the customer may not be able to use the service.
*Please note that this is a best-effort type service; therefore the communication speed is not guaranteed.
* This service uses cellular phone signals. Service may not be available even within the service area, when the cellular phone signals are obstructed by buildings or when indoors.
*This service does not support voice calls including emergency calls such as 110 and 119.
*When a large amount of data communication is used within a certain period of time the communication speed may be limited.

Explanation regarding timing and method of fee payment
A fee will be charged upon signing the contract and will be settled by the method specified on the service screen. Please refer to the attached table for the fee amount.
Explanation concerning the planned timing of starting the services
A QR code and activation code for setting up the NAVITIME eSIM will be sent to the e-mail address you registered immediately after the purchase procedure is completed. Once the customer has completed the activation procedures noted on this page, the NAVITIME eSIM will be available for use.
Contact information, methods, and conditions for contract cancellation and contract modification
The contract cannot be modified or cancelled.
Matters concerning the initial contract cancellation
NAVITIME eSIM is a service that is not subject to the initial contract cancellation system.

Communication Restrictions
NAVITIME JAPAN Co. Ltd. ("the Company") will limit the speed of the Service if any of the following conditions are exceeded
Service Plan Limitations (upper limit for tethering) NAVITIME eSIM 3-day plan If the Company confirms that the total amount of communication through tethering has exceeded the limit, the maximum communication speed will be limited to 128 Kbps for tethering after the Company confirms that the amount has exceeded the limit.
