This roadside station, located 15 minutes from the Shimonita Interchange on the Joshin-etsu Expressway, carries an abundance of products made with Shimonita's famous kon'nyaku devil's tongue jelly. Adjoined by a kon'nyaku factory, visitors can see how kon'nyaku products such as kon'nyaku sashimi and kon'nyaku miso pickles are made and packaged. There's also a farmers market selling products made with kon'nyaku as well as renowned Shimonita Welsh onions and fresh vegetables. The station offers a wide variety of kon'nyaku samples for visitors to taste and find their favorites before they buy. In addition, the station has a restaurant, and its specialty Shimonita croquettes are particularly popular.

昭和の匂いのするドライブイン。こんな場所、他にないですよ。今の時代。清潔感もGood。味も最高。店員さんも好感度ヨシです-。

こんにゃくやネギの加工品が並んでいて、試食して購入できます。お土産も有りますが、品数は多くないです。食堂は、麺類やご飯もの等メニューは結構多いですが、こんにゃくメニューに売り切れが多かったのは納得できないです。看板メニューのはずですが・・・。でも、揚げたての下仁田コロッケはさっぱり味で美味しかったです。

こんにゃく、下仁田ネギはもちろん、新鮮な野菜がお手頃価格で、とっても気に入っています！ご飯はもちろん、焼きまんじゅうや、コンニャクを使った食事があり、ゆっくりできます。
