This multi-purpose cultural facility was built to satisfy local calls for a cultural palace in Joyo. The name Parc is the French for park, and this building is supplied with a wide array of facilities including a cultural hall, planetarium, library and museum of history. They host a variety of concerts, ballet performances, cultural lectures, and activity classes, to please visitors of all ages. It's a place made in hopes that people can be moved by art, interact through recreation, and help create new culture of their own.

文化パルク城陽は、プラネタリウムやビアガーデン、博物館、図書館など、街になくてはならない総合施設の様です。定期的に浪曲や歌のコンサートも開かれており、地下には子供が遊ぶスペースもあります。
関西では、最大級のプラネタリウムがあります。

プラネタリウムでは、独自に色々なプログラムを用意されています。なお、館長さんが良い味を醸し出されていて説明など一度行く価値はありますよ。コンサートや詩の朗読等々。盛りだくさんの内容を1年を通じて企画し、運営されています。
図書館を主に利用

図書館を主に利用していますが、ほかにもいろいろな施設が整っています。箱モノは賛否あると思いますが、ありがたい施設です。
