あんかけ焼きそばを食べました。あっさりした味付けが気に入りました。麺もお焦げが香ばしい。あっさり味なので、酢や辛子で味変することを忘れる位に箸が進みました。野菜も新鮮で歯応えも十分でした。ただ筍は下処理の匂いが残っていたためあっさり味の餡の中ではそれが目立ち過ぎて風味が損なっていたのが残念です。御馳走様でした。

가게의 인테리어와 분위기가 매우 좋고, 음식의 맛도 좋다. 그리고 주인 부부도 매우 친절하다. 오타루에 다시 가게 된다면 반드시 재방문할 곳이다!
