Seeking to help people learn more about milk and dairy products, the factory offers tours which last from around an hour to an hour and a half during which you can see the milk and yogurt production processes and quality assurance room, watch informational videos, and try some of the company's products. ホームページを見て、電話で予約をして車で行きました。最寄駅の山陰本線「吉富駅」からも割とありそうですが、徒歩圏内だと思います。京都市内のゴチャゴチャした環境とは全く違います。工場がポツーンとある感じです。かといって周りに牛はいません。この工場で使われる原乳は、近隣や九州からのもありますが、北海道から船便で舞鶴港経由で来るものが多いそうです。そんな話や雪印メグミルク牛乳(←少し高めの美味しい牛...

冬休みを利用して、家族で一時帰国。どうせなら、日本で工場見学できるところないかと探していると、ここがあった。田園地帯に立つ工場。車で着くと、警備員さんが丁寧に案内してくれ、玄関に。玄関では、ガイド役の女性が出迎えてくれた。東京や滋賀県の方々が一緒。ビデオのあと、工場を窓越しに見学。当然とはいえ、清潔。懐かしいコーヒー牛乳の試飲にお土産は、子供にはリンゴジュースと牛乳パック型の消しゴム、大人には牛乳...

見学申込は電話OK、駐車場有り。箕面から有料道路使用で約60分で到着。試食有り、お土産有り。当日見学者は、香港、名古屋、大阪と多彩でした。ほっこり案内係で、和やかな見学が出来て楽しく過ごせました。勿論、衛生管理の素晴らしさ、品質管理の高さも充分に伝わりました。今後も雪印を応援しますよ✨
