Nagayu Onsen Kajikaan Yunohana
A hot spring bathhouse standing along Prefectural Route 209 in Nagayu Naoiri-machi, Taketa City. Available for day trip hot spring bathing, the facility’s baths are constantly replenished “kakenagashi” style from a hydrogen carbonate spring whose waters are said to promote blood flow be effective for nerve pain and heart disease. Employing a method in which water is both added and drained from the tub bottom to ensure a constant convection of fresh hot spring water, the bathhouse’ baths are notable for their abundance of “yunohana”—hot spring mineral crusts. In addition to a large bathing area with outdoor bath, the bathhouse has a private reservable bath, bedrock bath, and restaurant serving local cuisine made with local ingredients.
