10:30から並ぶ必要ありそうです

人気の鰻屋さんということで11:00頃にお店に到着して12:00前後に入店することを目論みました。しかしながらお店の入口には「お昼の営業分は売り切れました」とのこと。お店の人に聞くとどうやら10:30に入口で予約を取り始め既に売り切れたので、夕方分しか無いとのことです。10:30に並び始める必要があるようです。。。

サービス業を忘れているのでは？評判の高いお店が進んでしまう落とし穴。食べるまでのめんどくささ、店員の教育のなさ、美味しいもの不味いも忘れて、入り口で待っていると、右に並べ、左に並べ、と右往左往し、そのうち４０分後に来てください！オタクって何屋さん？

浜松駅から宿泊先に向かって歩きながら晩飯を食べるところを探している時に見つけたうなぎ料理店。入店すると店員全員による元気のいい挨拶で迎えられる。入口近くがテーブル席、奥が座敷となっている。日曜の17時半頃であったがほぼ満席。後でネットで調べて分かったことだが結構な人気店のようである。注文したのはうなぎを1.5匹使用した上重(5,500円)。お吸い物を肝吸いに変更する場合はプラス50円が必要。うな...
