"This art museum is located inside Geba Central Park in Geba 3-Chome, Fukui City. It features a collection of works by the sculptor Hiroatsu Takata, who grew up in Fukui. The permanent exhibit, ""The World of Hiroatsu Takata,"" features some 80 sculptures and around 10 sketches. The museum also holds special exhibitions as well as workshops in which participants can try their hand at making a variety of objects."

意外と尖がった美術館

結構、アートが好きなんでいろいろと美術館に行きます。ここは福井に住んでいたこともあり、結構観に行ってました。現代アート好きなのですが、ここはそっちよりの展示会が多い気がします。お隣の石川県には有名な21世紀美術館があります。そこと比べるとしょぼいんですけど、そのこじんまりした感じでも頑張ってる感じが好感度は非常に高いです。

黒川紀章のだいぶ前の設計なんで当たり前ですね...。乃木坂に、もっと洗練された奴を造った、て感じなんでしょうか。ここより、ここから歩いていける福井県立図書館・文庫館の方が、建築や庭に関してはオススメです。
