"This udon noodle restaurant, located in Ikaho Town, Kita-Gunma County, is the founder of ""Mizusawa Udon"", said to be one of Japan's three great udon noodle types. The restaurant boasts more than 400 years since establishment. The store has been featured frequently in the media and famous people also visit. No machines are used in the production process at all and the udon is handmade in the original way. The udon made with time and effort has shine and a chewy characteristic. 評価が分かれる店だなと。味は悪くないし値段も普通。だけど親父がうるさいね。まーゆっくりビール飲んで食べたから気にならなかったけどね。一つ疑問があるのはここはメニューにも看板にもうむどんって書いてあるのは謎

13時半くらいに着いたのですが、連休中のため7組待ちでした。座席はテーブルとお座敷選べるようでしたが、特に指定をしなかったらお座敷へ。うどんと揚げ物の盛り合わせを頂きました。うどんは150gと300gがあり、150gをいただきました。揚げ物をいただくのであれば、150gがいいと思います。(300gをシェアされている方もいました！女性ならそれのがお得でいいと思います)うどんにはひょうたんがあって...

うどんのタレが胡麻生のおろし生姜じゃなくなった？もう、何十年も清水屋はうどんとおろし生姜のたっぷり入ったごまだれでしたよね？メニューはうどん大中小と舞茸のバター焼きだけでうどんで勝負してましたよね？代変わりしたにしても数ある水沢うどん店の中で皇室の方もこられた正統派水沢うどんだったのにガッカリです。
