■ What is Iaido?
Iaido is a martial art that originated from Jinsuke Shigenobu Hayashizaki about 450 Year ago. It has been developed as a technique to remove the sword when it is attacked by the enemy without removing the sword and to kill the enemy.
The era of war has ended, and the characteristics of Iaido that can respond flexibly from a state of no combat posture sublimate to the spirit of ‘non-fighting technology‘ that does not hurt the opponent unnecessarily, and the enhanced one affects Bushido Has been given.
Iaido is used widely as a martial art that is used by both men and women of all ages to train their mind and body and to lead their daily lives because they use their mind and body reasonably.
