木夜の客層は地元サラリーマン＆地元のおっちゃんたち8 :観光客2 ぐらいでした。 山賊焼（は塩系で個人的に好みの味ではありませんでしたが。それでも美味いです）、馬刺など信州っぽいつまみ中心に美味しく楽しく雰囲気よく飲めました。 焼酎も麦・芋・蕎麦・黒糖と揃っており必要十分。 価格も夫婦2人で8千円ぐらい（生ビール2人で2杯づつ、焼酎2人で6杯ぐらい含む）と特に高くもなかったです。
