    This long-established western sweets shop founded in 1884 was given a new building in 1998, and features a simple yet innovative design that blends in to the townscape of the Matsumoto castle town. Their representative sweets are the steamed confection Kaiun-oimatsu and Japanese style nougat Shinmito. With a cute swan as its icon, their western-style sweet Swan Lake is also popular and is frequently featured in magazines. They have a soft ice cream robot inside the store, and guests can purchase their treat by operating the touch panel themselves. The closest station is Matsumoto Station.

    以前、頻繁に松本を訪れていたころに1、2度来たことがありますが、職場へのお土産を買うために久しぶりに訪れました。 以前と違い、イートインコーナーが充実していました。 何種類か常温で持ち帰れるお菓子を買いましたが、値段はやや高め。味は間違いないです。

    "A long-standing Japanese ""ame"" candy shop established 200 years ago which stands along Prefectural Route 295 in Ote, Matsumoto City. The shop makes ame candies crafted by skilled artisans. Shop products include ""Ame Senbei,"" a sweet with a novel texture provided by the use of wafers; ""Rakkasei Ame"" peanut candies; ""Hakka-to;"" ""Nikki Ame;"" and the ""Mame-ita,"" a Matsumoto-style ame made with komeame sugar derived from Azumino-grown glutinous rice."

    老舗の飴屋さんです。あめせんべいがとても美味しかったです。 ここでしか買えないとても貴重なあめだなと感じました。 とても気に入ったので、また是非買いにいきたいと思います。

    An oyaki dumpling shop located in Hotakaariake, Azumino City. Oyaki are a regional Shinshu dish, and the shop makes its oyaki by hand without the use of preservatives, colorings, or additives. The shop offers a variety of oyaki fillings, including coleseed greens, unohana, ogura sweet red beans, vegetables, and hijiki seaweed and walnuts. The shop also sells konetsuke, a northern Nagano dish made by making oyaki with rice on the outside instead of flour dough.

    生地の薄い、おやきが美味しい。値段は、そこそこ張りますが人気があるので売り切れも早いです。午前中に買いに行くのが良いと思います。個人的には、切り干し大根の野菜が気に入っています。

    Founded in 1672 and located in the Ote,Matsumoto City, YamayaCandy Factory (YamayaOn-Amedokoro) specializes in making traditional hard candies. The shop uses malt to create Mizuame (a traditional sweetener) from rice and manufacture and sell hard candies. A popular item is Itaame, made by kneading crushed peanuts into the candy dough, which gives it a crunchy texture.

    先日、安曇野に旅行に行ったときに、調べて寄りました。もともと甘いもの好きで、探していたらここを見つけたので、絶対行こうと思っていきました。とにかく、しっとりおいも！これは最高ですね！！むちゃくちゃ美味しい！甘くどくなく、すっと入ってしまう、そんな感じであっという間に完食！おいも好きの人は、絶対に行ったほうがいいと思いますね。そうじゃない人も是非一度！！おすすめです！
