A restaurant in the Sumata Pass Hot Spring Resort area in Haibara County, Shizuoka Prefecture. The owner makes soba noodles by hand every day, using domestic buckwheat flour. Both hot and cold varieties of soba and udon noodles are on the menu, and toppings include deep-fried masu salmon, wild plants, tempura or grated yam. The restaurant also serves prix fixe meals centered on local ingredients, such as wild plants or river fish. Freshly made raw soba is also available for sale as a souvenir or gift for the people back home. Since the sightseeing spot, the Yume no Tsuribashi Suspension Bridge is nearby, the restaurant is a great stopover on the way home.

山菜そばが美味しかったです。その後、再度訪問してシンプルにざるそばを頂きました。そばは太めでなかなか食べ応えがあります。

本日は、紅竹食堂さんにお邪魔しております！今回は、冷山菜そばとざる蕎麦を頂きましたが、冷山菜そばに天ぷらものっていました。大変美味しく頂きました！ざる蕎麦は太めの蕎麦で香り豊かで美味しく頂きました！また、利用したいと思います！

有天婦羅和蕎麥麵的基本主食，份量足夠補足上夢之吊橋的體力XD 餐廳有小型販賣處，有茶葉賣。雖然店面由公公婆婆打理，即使言語不通，他們也很有耐性地下單和送餐結我們，笑客燦爛，令人感到窩心。
