This cultural complex is located in front of Enshubyoin Station in Hayauma-Cho, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City. The complex is comprised of two facilities. The first is the Hamamatsu City Culture Community Center, which features an event hall that holds 450 people, conference rooms, workshops, galleries, studios, a community space, and more. The second is the Hamamatsu City Chubu Kyodo Center, which features lecture rooms, conference rooms, cooking rooms, Japanese rooms, and so on. The complex also hosts concerts, exhibits, and other events and can be used for a wide range of cultural activities.

クリエート浜松、現在外壁の工事中ですが内部は、営業していますので大丈夫です。館内のギャラリーでは、いろんな展示がされています。無料で入場できるところもあるので気軽にご覧になってください。また1階ロビーでは、浜松の情報を入手できるコーナーもありおすすめ、またイスとテーブルが並んでいるコーナー（自動販売機も完備）があるので休憩としても利用価値大です。
