Located in Negishi Forest Park, the Equine Museum of Japan contains exhibits related to the cultures of horse racing and horse-drawn conveyances. Every autumn, the museum holds a special event called Gathering of Horses, which features music, concerts, and traditional arts related to horsemanship, and which attracts large numbers of visitors. The adjacent Pony Center has actual stables where horses are bred.

みなとみらいの横浜のはくぶつかんは横浜と関連ない展示が実に多い。ここはしっかり横浜と関係があって、町外れなのでたくさんの敷地がある。とっても良いです。地方の人はバスで大変だけど結構本数多いので来てみよう。100円なのも安いですね。周りにも見どころたくさん

入館料100円で、それなりに楽しめます。連れが、競馬が好きなので、すごく興味深かったようです。ポニーがいるようですが、ふれあい等は今は出来ないのかもしれません。
競馬場だったころの歴史など

根岸森林公園に遊びにいったときに、寄った場所です。昔ここで競馬が行われていたという歴史ある資料や、馬に関する資料が色々あります。近くでは、乗馬体験もでき、子供も乗せてもらうこともでき、子供は喜んでいました。
