  抵達鳥羽近鐵站出來，或者從鳥羽近鐵站出發，是非常完美的歇腳用餐購物之地。價格合理，應有盡有，風雨無礙。就是早上營業時間在10點以後，晚上18點就停止營業了。

  鳥羽市區購物中心不多，而鳥羽一番街面積不大，卻基本齊集所有伊勢地區土產(伊勢海老製品、烏冬等)，適合遊覽整個鳥羽地區後前來一站式選購。三樓設有室內瞭望台，休息之餘亦能飽覽鳥羽海灣景致，悠閒之選。
