  位於古街的中心位置，附近有停車場，如參觀可免停車費。面積不大，但展品頗有趣，值得參觀。建議可花10多分鐘看一下介紹視頻，可對山車和這城市的歷史有多一點認識，也可知道原來劉關張與這裡有點淵源。
