石見銀山於江戶時代是由幕府的代官治理，此資料館便位於大森代官所遺址內。建築物直接使用於1902年建成的邇摩郡役所使用，於1976年開設為資料館，展示繪卷物、古文書、採礦工具等文物，可學習石見銀山的歷史知識。

After 2 hours of hill walk in the World Heritage site area, this site was a good break for me.
AC and chairs.

Regarding the items displayed, I would not recommend...

代官所跡を石見銀山の資料館としているようです。近くのお蕎麦屋さんで、食事をすると、入館料が割り引かれるそうです。年末で休館していて、入れなかったのが残念でした。
