  We paid the small fee (300 yen) to enter. Its not a large museum but it was interesting. I had no idea there were so many varieties of rice. The two scenes with historical items made from rice plants...

  This is a pleasant short walk from where the shuttle bus from the port drops you off. Its a small museum with some interesting facts about the cultivation of rice.

  山居倉庫に北側に有る庄内のお米や農機具を紹介している施設です。まるまる一棟を利用しています。平日のせいか人は少なかったようです。
