愛媛縣的主要區域

愛媛縣沿著四國地方的西北角延伸，自然美景豐富，有美麗的海岸線和一個充滿鄉村風光的縣中心。中心的山上有26座佛寺，這些佛寺構成了四國遍路這條參拜道。松山有後幕府時代留存下來的原始城樓、及日本最古老天然溫泉之一的道後溫泉。北部的今治市是通往島波海道的入口，這條路穿過六座壯觀的大橋和幾座島嶼，而構成四國與本州之間的一條路線。
