- 在街頭巷尾的義大利餐廳愛好者之間，流傳著這樣的話:「要是有機會去飛驒高山，最好去那家店嚐一嚐」……。其「震源」就是這家【義大利料理 BOCCA BUONA】。在一派悠間的氛圍當中，享用正宗的義大利菜。老闆是兼廚師的村山淳先生。他認為「充分發揮每一食材的美味，既是義大利菜的深奧之處，也是其有趣之處」。村山先生的嚴肅、克己態度，也是此店人氣原因的秘密之一。店裡的手工製作的火腿、香腸與培根都使用當地豬肉。莫札瑞拉起司也是以當地牛奶手工製成。而由簽約農戶採購的「當地特產菜」等優質食材，也在義大利菜中得以充分發揮，敬請務必品嚐實力派義大利菜廚師的精製料理。※若在預約時提出要求，還可以在蛋糕、餐後甜點中加入客制化的訊息設計。
