Sit comfortably in nature. Wind, clouds, trees, birds chirping, sutras, bells ringing. Shapes of nature in each season. Even at the same time, you can refresh your mind and body in the same scenery and a world where there is no sound! You will have about 1 hour of hands-on experience. Zazen ~ 3 times of 15 to 30 minutes each time. There are short breaks in between. Procession ~ Walk in the precincts (inside the hall on rainy days) on the way.
