A quiet time to face yourself. How about a zazen experience? A monk will carefully guide you. Sit quietly at a Zen temple in the mountains overlooking Lake Shinji. No noise. Sit comfortably in nature. Wind, clouds, trees, birds chirping, sutras, bells ringing. Shapes of nature in each season. Even at the same time, you can refresh your mind and body in the same scenery and a world where there is no sound! You will have about 1 hour of hands-on experience. Chairs will be provided for those who have difficulty sitting. It comes with entertainment of tea sweets.
