Unlike other shops, we will carry out with a small number of people. [Experience schedule] ■ Morning session ・ 9:30 Meeting ・ Reception ・ Change of clothes ・ Indoor class ・ 10:00 Preparatory exercise ・ We will prepare well in advance with track and field class. Then, when you reach your feet, you will have a lesson!・ 12: 00- Please spend a relaxing time on the rooftop with a superb view. ■ Afternoon session ・ 13:00 Meeting ・ Reception ・ Change of clothes ・ Indoor class ・ 13:30 Preparatory exercise ・ We will prepare well in advance with track and field class. Then, when you reach your feet, you will have a lesson!・ 15: 30- Please spend a relaxing time on the rooftop with a superb view. [What to bring] Swimwear, towels Marine shoes or sneakers that can get wet * Wetsuits are rented for 1,650 yen (tax included). Please check in advance as the size and number are limited.
