A log house near Amagi-goe - Joren Falls in the middle of Izu is a landmark. This is a plan where you can experience making pizza in a handmade stone oven (geo kiln) made from lava (scoria) from a volcano (Mt. Hachikubo). Stretch out the fermented pizza dough and add any toppings you like with fresh local ingredients. If you put it in a stone oven at about 300 degrees, piping hot pizza will be ready in about 3 to 4 minutes. In addition, for customers who make reservations for 6 or more people, we will be happy to provide you with a Dutch oven ‘1 steamed young chicken‘! *If you are a group of 6 or more people, please apply from the group-only option.
