位于尾道市濑戸田町的净土真宗寺院。在1936年，大正、昭和时期的实业家耕三寺耕三为了祭奠亡母而开始修建的寺院。整间寺院成为了博物馆，寺院内的展馆内收藏和展示佛教、茶道、书画等的美术品以及文化遗产。模仿各种各样的日本建筑建造的众多殿堂和佛塔，正殿等15座建筑物被列入国家物质文化遗产。也被称为“西之日光”。

I had the Kosanji Temple marked on my maps as a must when I rode my bike on the Shimanami Kaido. I was really looking forward to visiting the temple but the entrance price really threw me off. General...
Worth a look.

Interesting temple along the Shimanami Kaido. The 1000 Buddha cave worth a look. Entry is a little more expensive than other temples.
