1853创业的味噌、酱油酿造厂。建于明治时代中期的红砖栈房，给人以历史的厚重感。可以免费参观摆放有西宫礼和画的隔扇画的内部构造。此外，在作为收纳仓库使用的黑灰泥文库藏，可以免费品尝酱汤、腌渍。品尝一下无添加、天然酿造的商品吧。
