Small but interesting
The museum is on the main road and is not in the fine arts museum. We enjoyed taking pictures dressed in the noh outfit. Not much to buy. Super glad we found the place. It near the Kenrokuen. Exit on...

Small, but very interesting - especially if you can dress up
The high point was having our 19 year old son being able to get dressed in the kimono and mask. Very small, but a fun diversion after the art museum and gardens.
