Hoshino Resort KAI Sengokuhara, based on the concept of "Atelier Onsen Ryokan," is located in the Sengokuhara area of Hakone, a popular tourist destination with excellent access from central Tokyo.

All of the guest rooms are local rooms that allow you to fully experience the characteristics of the region. All rooms are equipped with an open-air bath, and from the open-air bath you can enjoy the magnificent view of Sengokuhara.
Taking advantage of the region's many museums, art works are displayed in the guest rooms and an atelier library is set up in the facility. A variety of books can be freely picked up, and guests can also enjoy an original art experience using approximately 2,000 colored pencils to color hand towels.

For dinner, you can enjoy a seasonal kaiseki course with artistic beauty and elaborate taste, as well as "yam steak" grilled right in front of you, and breakfast with plenty of local ingredients.
We recommend it for those who want to spend a relaxing time in the open-air bath in the guest room, or for those who want to be healed in an artistic space.

    Kai Anjin

Hoshino Resort Kai Anjin is located in Ito Onsen, Shizuoka Prefecture, and is accessible on foot from the nearest train station, making it a good choice for those who do not have a car license.

It is a place associated with Anjin Miura, the English navigator who gave it its name, and there are many British-inspired devices scattered throughout the inn and guest rooms, making your stay feel like a boat trip in a modern atmosphere.

The large baths and guest rooms take advantage of the perfect location near the beach, and all have an ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. At the bathing area, a beer server is available for all-you-can-drink craft beer, which is a great perk for those who like to drink.
While enjoying the view of the ocean, you can enjoy Japanese kaiseki dinner featuring seafood and other dishes with an English essence, such as rice cooked in an earthen pot, and for breakfast, you can enjoy a "local breakfast" typical of the port town.

    Kai Kinugawa

Hoshino Resort KAI Kinugawa is located in Kinugawa Onsen, Tochigi Prefecture, one of the most popular hot spring resorts in the Kanto region.

It is located on a hill along the Kinugawa mountain stream, and the check-in experience is very innovative, with a glass-walled slope car that leads you to the hotel, where you can enjoy the mountain scenery of vivid green, autumn leaves, and snow.
The most popular guest rooms are those with open-air baths for a more private stay. In addition to the "Mashiko-yaki Night," where you can learn how to enjoy Mashiko-yaki, a traditional Tochigi culture, and its charms, you can also experience Tochigi's culture and folk art through the "Mashiko-yaki and Kuroba indigo-dyed lanterns" that line the corridor leading to the main bath.
In the large glass-walled baths and outdoor baths, you can enjoy the seasonal scenery and feel as if you are one with nature.
The colorful meals served in Mashiko pottery are "Ryujin Kaiseki," which expresses the legend of Ryuukyo and allows you to directly taste the seasonal ingredients. Breakfast is a Japanese set meal with plenty of local Tochigi ingredients.
This is the only hotel in the world that allows pets in its guest rooms, so you can stay at a hot spring hotel with your dog.
