    Nihonbashi ANDON

“ANDON” in Nihonbashi is a shop based on the unique concept of “Onigiri store meets Bookstore”. There is range of books on the bookshelves on the wall to choose from, allowing you to have a relaxing read whilst enjoying eating the tasty onigiri. Popular items are the salty onigiri that are often eaten in Akita: the salmon based “Bodakko”, and also “Iburigakko Cheese” with smoked pickles. Both onigiri are large, and the ingredients used are both exquisite and addictive. We also recommend the option of the take-away musubi set, which also uses rice from Akita.
