Okutama Mitake is a 90-minute train ride from Tokyo, but it is full of nature, and you can enjoy thrilling and heart-pounding rafting! The Tama River, which flows through Okutama, is famous for its clear waters, and the Mitake Gorge is counted as one of the 100 best waters in Japan.
