구라시키시에 있는 상가형 건축의 건물. 오하시 가문은 에도 시대 후기에 염전 및 신전 개발로 부를 쌓은 대지주였다. 이 고택은 거리에 면하여 길이가 긴 바깥채가 있으며, 본채는 앞마당을 사이에 두고 문에서 멀리 안쪽에 배치되어 있는 점이 특징이다. 1978년에 국가 중요 문화재로 지정되었다.
