아키타현 센보쿠시 가쿠노다테쵸의 일본식 옛 전통가옥들 속에 있는 우동과 메밀국수의 유명점으로, 과거에 서당이었던 건물을 이용하고 있다. 명물은 히나이 토종닭과 잎새버섯을 사용한 면이 반들반들한 이나니와 우동과 지역산 메밀 향이 은은히 풍겨나는 죽순과 자소잎 튀김을 얹은 부케 메밀국수. 에도 시대의 정취가 물씬 풍기는 외관 및 점내는 관광명소로서도 인기가 있다.

They serve Akitas local noodle, Inaniwa udon. Of course they have great food. But the restaurant itself is very old and histrical. You can enjoy tasty noodle at very authentic house.
