우선 깨끗하고 한적하며 식사를 만들어 먹을수 있는 것이 장점이고 북부 숙소 중 상당히 저렴한 가격에 묵을수 있는 장점이 있음. 베란다와 작은 빨래대가 있어 물놀이 후 옷을 말리기 좋고 작은 욕조가 있어 반신욕도 가능했다.

전체적으로 올드한 느낌이 있긴 하지만 나하시에서 하룻밤 머물기엔 나쁘지 않아요. 길 건너편에 24시간 운영하는 마트 맥스 밸류가 있습니다.

일단 가격이 싸다. 그리고 토마린 항에 걸어서 3분도 안걸리기에 오키나와 도착후 다음날 아침에 바로 배를탈 예정이라면 최고의 위치이다. 시설은 사실 별로지만 장기로 머무는 사람들이 많아서 조금 길게 지낸다면 나름의 재미를 찾아볼수 있을듯함. 국제거리도 맘먹고 10~15분이면 충분함.

以前宿泊のサムイ島のプール付ヴィラ（コンラッド・バンヤン）を思い出すヴィラでした。部屋も横長に設計され、バスルームはロールスクリーン等設置ない代わりにミストサウナを活用と良く考えられた設計でした。室外のテラス・プール・ガゼボ等配置（あれば良いというものではないかと）もベストかと思いました。ホスピタリティも十分満足行くものでした。何もしない贅沢、それが実行できる施設と思います。
