This is a cycling tour that starts with a rental road bike for beginners and inexperienced people. Of course you can bring your own bicycle! Before departure, our certified guides from the Japan Cycling Guide Association will give you a detailed and easy-to-understand lecture on how to get on and off the bike, how to use the gear shift, and the traffic rules for bicycles.
