Take a SUP ‘Stand Up Paddle Board‘ and freely adventure around Kusaki Lake! You can train your core and sense of balance, so the exercise effect is great! There is no problem at all even for the first time because one guide will give a personal lecture on how to ride and row for each group! It is safe to wear a life jacket. Of course it is fun, but we will give the highest priority to the safety of our customers. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Meeting / reception 5 minutes ② Change clothes 10 minutes ③ Move to SUP spot 20 minutes ④ Safety explanation / lecture 15 minutes 45 minutes ⓻ End of experience/move/change clothes/hot springs 25 minutes
