About Activity

If necessary, perform form check with SUP ergometer and practice lightly in marina bay.
After that we go out of the bay and row it to the ocean. Cruising along the Nishiura peninsula as it is, row it to the palm beach on the other side.

② Warm up in the Nishiura Marina Bay (30 minutes)
③ SUP cruise around the Nishiura Peninsula to Palm Beach (90 minutes)
