Makuhari Beach FireworksFesta / Chiba Citizens Fireworks

Held at Makuhari Seaside Park in Chiba Prefecture, this is one of the largest fireworks displays in the prefecture, where about 20,000 bursts decorate the Makuhari night sky. Visitors enjoy a variety of displays that make the most of the great seaside location, like the Marine Music Starmine, fire writing that sends messages to family and friends, and shakudama 12 inch shells. The enormous aerial Niagara cascade together with the retort of nearly 7,000 fireworks launched for the finale isn't to be missed.
