Soeda Park (添田公園)
A 15-minute walk from Soeda Station, this park features waterfalls, ravines, as well as walkways, an insurance center, and bathing facilities amid the variegated landscape. Known as one of the best cherry blossom spots in the prefecture, it sees 2,000 cherry trees—mostly Yoshino cherry—bloom in spring. During the sakura season, many people enjoy flower viewing beneath the petals. The Soeda Park Cherry Blossom Festival is held between late March and early April, when the trees are illuminated at night. Free parking available.
