Mt. Amagi
Stretching east and west in the center of the Izu Peninsula, Mt. Amagi is considered one of Japan's 100 most beautiful mountains. The Mt. Amagi Tunnel and the Dancing Girl's Path near the summit of the mountain are renowned destinations for fall foliage and an autumn foliage festival is held here when the leaves are at their peak, usually around November most years. During the festival, a tunnel lantern walk and other fun events are held.
