トイレと観光案内所という感じの道の駅ですが。隣接するショッピングセンターには宮津湾が一望できる展望スペースがあったり、地元の方も購入する地元のものもあったりするので、そちらにも寄ることをお勧めします。

道の駅の定番である地元の野菜、水産物の販売をされています。
店の前では、コロッケや磯部上げも販売されてます。
