  There is a 4 stories building and 4th floor is observatory floor.From there you can see US Kadena air Base next to crowded residential area.There also be a study room at the 3rd floor.

  We stopped by briefly on our way to some other attractions so the little kids could get a good look at some of the military aircraft landing & taking off. Right now probably due to the North Korea...
