This soba noodle restaurant is located in the Sanso Murata, a high-class inn. Here you can enjoy authentic, handmade soba noodles crafted with Yufuin spring water and buckwheat flour ground in-house using buckwheat from Nagano. In addition to standards such as kake soba hot noodles in broth and kitsune soba noodles served in a hot broth and topped with aburaage deep-fried tofu, the restaurant also serves hot soba noodles topped with a heaping helping of finely shredded spring onions and stewed Berkshire pork chashu fillets. You can also enjoy tempura and an oyakodon chicken and egg over rice set meal made with local heritage chicken. Customers can enjoy a view of the Yufuin Basin from the restaurant's terrace seating area, so be sure to sit here when the weather's nice.

つなぎのない蕎麦、黒豚の美味しさ

由布院の駅からタクシーで6,7分。13時過ぎでもまあまあ並ぶ人気店。名物は黒豚蕎麦と冠地鶏の鳥天。蕎麦はつなぎなしで短めに切られた感じですが好みです。ぷつぷつとした歯切れもいい。黒豚はとろとろに仕上がっていて魚介系と椎茸が効いた出汁で堪能できます。鳥天はジューシーですがこちらは胸肉なのかな？少しぼそっとした感じがあります。お店の造りもとてもいいし素敵なお店です。
