This coffee shop was born in Toyama City in 2000 out of the desire to find truly good coffee, and make it easy to share with customers. The Uozu shop opened in 2005, and has since become a hit with coffee lovers. They buy most of their coffee in person on site from the producers, and roast their beans to bring out eat style's characteristics using an Old Probat coffee roaster.
