町おこしで白子の町はブイヤベースを食せるレストランがいくつかあります、みんな創意工夫を凝らしてます、ここのもスープが濃厚で美味しかったです。

平日のランチの時間に訪れました。店内にはテレビの取材が来たときの写真などもありました。白子町のご当地グルメであるブイヤベースの有名店ということで、当方もそれ目当てで入店しました。ブイヤベースは期待していた通り美味しく、しめのリゾットも堪能でき、満足しました。

土曜の夜に宿の夕食代わりに利用しました。白子流ブイヤベースを食べることができました。お店の中は2、3組お客さんが来ていて、お店のご夫婦はガッチャンガッチャンお皿の音を立てて準備したり、走り回ったりと大忙しで対応されていました。白子流ブイヤベースはサラダとリゾットがセットで1，500円くらいでした。結構味が濃かったですが思ったよりもつみれのにおいが気になりませんでした。この近くは食べるお店が...
