あつあつでは無い明石焼きに一寸がっかり

魚の棚商店街にある店舗でした。平日の昼時に明石焼きを食べる為に訪問したのですが、店内は混み合っており少し待つ羽目になりました。着席後にオーダーした後は驚く程早くサービスされ、常に作り置きされているようでした。その為、肝心の明石焼きがあつあつでは無く少々がっかりしてしまいました。

明石焼きを食べたことはありますが、かの有名な魚の棚商店街にある本場の明石焼きをいただいたのは初めてでした。いくつか明石焼き店舗はありますが、見るからに人気店の様子。期待通り美味しかった！

三つ葉が刻んで明石焼に乗ってる段階でダメかもと不安になり、一つ目を食べて店選びに失敗したとすぐに悟りました。だし汁に出汁のうまみも味もなく、明石焼そのものも全く風味がない。ソースをかけてもしょうゆをかけてもまずいものはまずい。二度と行かないと思います。観光客はごまかせても関西人は騙されません。
