This hub for local production and local consumption as well as for interaction between consumers and producers sells freshly-harvested vegetables. All of the highly seasonal agricultural and livestock products are brought to the market first thing in the morning by local farmers. All of the unsold items are collected by the end of each day, assuring that customers can always get their hands on fresh products. The market's diverse selection of handmade processed products are also popular.
